Welcome to the Midway Ranches Property Owners Association, a group of 104, individually owned, 40 acre properties located between Pueblo & Colorado Springs, CO, in Pueblo County and established in 1987. There is a new elementary school & fire station located only 2 miles away & each property has water located at the road. We are proud of our peaceful community.

The Midway Ranches Property Owners Association does not authorize the growing of marijuana within our boundaries.
