Midway Ranches Property Owners Association, Inc. is a non-profit Colorado Corporation.  Each property owner currently pays $25 for Road Maintenance, a $12 Office Fee, a $41 Water Line Maintenance fee each month. Dues are payable on the first of each month and are considered late if received after the 20th of each month.

$0.0200 per gallon for the next 1,000 gallons (9,001 – 10,000)
$0.0303 per gallon for the next 1,000 gallons (10,001 – 11,000)
$0.0394 per gallon for the next 1,000 gallons (11,001 – 12,000)
$0.0476 per gallon for usage above 12,000 gallons
