Midway Ranches Property Owners Association, Inc. is a non-profit Colorado Corporation.  Each property owner currently pays $25 for Road Maintenance, a $12 Office Fee, a $41 Water Line Maintenance fee each month. Dues are payable on the first of each month and are considered late if received after the 20th of each month.

$0.0117 per gallon for the first 5,000 gallons
$0.0220 per gallon for the next 2,000 gallons (5,001-7,000 gallons)                                        $0.0333 per gallon for the next 2,000 gallons (7,001-9,000 gallons)
$0.0433 per gallon for the next 2,000 gallons (9,001-11,000 gallons)
$0.0524 per gallon for usage above 11,000 gallons
